About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and Coordinate Wholesale Roaming Agreements: Analyze and manage commercial roaming agreements and discount agreements between Tele2 and our Roaming Partners.
  2. Roaming Operations Management: Ensure optimal performance of roaming operations on group and local level to achieve target KPIs and overall business goals.
  3. Strategic Planning: Analyze, manage and negotiate roaming priority lists and plans for service rollouts and implementations according to the agreed strategy, roadmaps and priorities.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Establish, manage and develop relations with Roaming Partners, vendors and other stakeholders within Roaming.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify, utilize and create synergies for increasing efficiencies, reducing costs and increasing revenues in roaming area.
  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve QoS and quality in internal and external processes and procedures.
  7. Data Management: Maintain the correctness of data in all systems and information sharing/flow.
  8. Business Support: Ensure and support the fulfillment of local Tele2 entities roaming needs.
Requirements

Education: University degree required, preferably in Business Administration & Economics or Engineering with interest for commercial activities.

Experience:

  1. 3+ years of telecom experience and/or account management.
  2. International experience and cross-cultural awareness.
  3. Experience from Project Management.
  4. Experience from roaming or roaming related activities.
  5. Experience from Procurement/Legal/Contract management would be a merit.
