Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OPS Support Agent Hourly who will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. As a key member of our team, you will identify anomalies, use judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve complex issues, and escalate to senior team members when necessary.

Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
