We are seeking a Senior Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and contractors.
As Senior Health and Safety Specialist, you will be based in the Nordic region and will report directly to the Regional HSE Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing health and safety expertise to ensure compliance with local regulations and Mondelēz International's policies and procedures;
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing controls to mitigate hazards;
- Developing and implementing HSE training programs for employees and contractors;
- Coordinating investigations into incidents and near-miss events;
- Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of HSE metrics and performance indicators;
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in conducting risk assessments, developing training programs, and investigating incidents. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
A competitive salary is available for this position, estimated to be in the range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
