In this key role as Group Head of Product Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for leading product marketing efforts across the organization. Your primary goal will be to drive change and optimize our value proposition and product marketing process to increase competitiveness and improve profit margins.

You will create and execute a product marketing strategy to enhance our communication around our product offerings, while leading, coaching, and developing the product marketing team. This includes developing and sharpening customer value messaging and positioning strategies for respective channels and target groups, as well as developing Sales Enablement processes and tools to empower Sales teams throughout the Systemair Group.

This is a high-paced environment where you will work cross-functionally and cross-borders, building strong relationships based on honesty and trust. You will contribute significantly to the organic growth and thus financial development of Systemair, helping us achieve our long-term goals.

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a commercial marketing area (B2B or B2B2C) or from industrial product Sales, preferably from the HVAC business environment. Experience in developing and implementing Group common product marketing strategy and processes is a plus.

A higher education (BSc, MSc or similar) in marketing, business administration, or engineering is preferred. You should have excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen, be a strong communicator, and have proficiency in relevant marketing tools as well as standard Microsoft Office Tools. Experience from Infor M3 and Qlik sense is considered a plus.
