Your Role

We're seeking a skilled Retail Repair Technician to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in contributing to our mission by performing high-quality repairs on technical outerwear, apparel, and bags for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform expert repairs on technical products using industrial sewing equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to walk-in customers with their repair needs.
  • Implement sustainable practices by reusing and repurposing materials whenever possible.
  • Manage product intake and outtake, ensuring our inventory system remains up-to-date.
  • Oversee the inventory of trims, monitoring stock levels and reordering as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain quality, communication, and turn time standards.

Requirements

  • Experience repairing technical products and/or outdoor textiles, such as outdoor sports gear, backpacks, and luggage.
  • Proficiency in using heat press machines and industrial sewing equipment.
  • Basic understanding of zipper line replacements and fabric knowledge.
  • Excellent hand sewing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with good knowledge of English (our internal communication and online tools are in English), and Swedish is a plus.
  • A passion for the outdoors and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Patternmaking skills and experience in repair engagement with end consumers.

Working Conditions

  • This is a part-time position (32 hours a week) based in our Stockholm store.
  • Travel outside of Sweden may be required on rare occasions for training or support of repair events.
