As a Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in responding to engineering faults, executing both reactive and planned maintenance tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within our state-of-the-art automated CFC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and comprehensive maintenance on all OSP and third-party machinery.
  • Execute maintenance on production systems accurately, promptly, and safely, adhering to established operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions relevant to your training and expertise, resolving issues and implementing repairs where feasible.
  • Maintain engineering records meticulously, documenting all work performed, aiding in the identification of failure root causes, and confirming the use of spare parts and consumables.
  • Ensure timely and precise entries into the CMMS system to support engineering KPIs.
  • Conduct daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks for equipment.
  • Collaborate with your engineering team to analyze equipment failures and devise solutions to enhance material handling equipment (MHE) performance.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene and safety standards.

You may be requested to undertake additional tasks as deemed reasonable by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of 500s Bots maintenance (both planned and reactive) and 500s LRU repair methodologies.
  • Basic technical comprehension of all OSP automation hardware and software.
  • A formal qualification in engineering is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, and conveyors is beneficial but not mandatory.
