Human IT Sweden is seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Line Support Specialist to join our team in Forsmark. As a 2nd Line Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal users, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with our 1st Line, 3rd Line, and IT teams to ensure seamless problem management.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to customers and internal users, resolving complex technical issues and improving system performance.
- Problem Management: Collaborate with our 1st Line, 3rd Line, and IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents and resolutions, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the team.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal users, providing clear and concise explanations of technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, technical services, or related field.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
