Manufacturing Support and Quality Coordinator

Cepheid is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Support and Quality Analyst to join our team in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our Manufacturing Support group, you will play a critical role in supporting the managers of the production line in their daily work.
As a coordinator, you will work closely with shift supervisors to update documents, methods, and routines for the production line. Your primary focus will be on continuously improving routines and the work environment in accordance with the Danaher Business System (DBS).
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with other departments, such as production, planning, quality, and logistics, to perform daily tasks.
- Continuously improve routines and the work environment.
- Represent the manufacturing department in meetings and projects with other departments within the company.
- Prepare and archive training documentation for production line associates.
- Support other departments during production of products in development phases, initiate, report, investigate, and follow up on deviations (NC and CAPA).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life science, Engineering, or a related field with 0 years of experience OR High school degree with 3+ years of industrial work experience.
- 1+ year of experience in organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent level of English and Swedish.
- Previous experience in a highly regulated industry.
