About the Role

Arla Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Customer Logistics team as Head of Customer Logistics. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction by developing and implementing effective logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 25 Customer Logistics colleagues, including 6 direct reports, to ensure seamless execution of customer-focused logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Arla's partnership with customers, focusing on continuous improvement and optimizing logistics processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements, leveraging Lean principles to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, business, or management).
  • Proven experience in managing people and leading through others, with a strong track record of success in logistics or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in speaking and writing Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and promptly.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results.
