Key Responsibilities:

The Product Manager collaborates closely with a diverse stakeholder network within Marketing, Sales, Innovation & Supply Chain to deliver on local & global strategies & plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving multiple & diverse project workstreams & tasks, such as launch of new products, product & packaging changes, and internal projects like cost efficiency & CAPEX.
  • Acting as the first point of contact to dairies, logistics, and global product management, and securing efficient cross-functional stakeholder management between category and support functions.
  • Supporting the Private Label agenda.
  • Providing day-to-day PM buddy support to PM assistants.
  • Planning and prioritizing projects and tasks to ensure efficiency and wellbeing, working together with other PMs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you need strong leadership skills, be a great cross-functional collaborator, and have a solution-oriented approach. You should thrive in taking the lead and handling multiple projects and tasks in parallel. The role includes administrative tasks with clear deadlines, requiring a structured and organized approach.

Additionally, we believe you have:

  • A strong academic track record with a completed university degree in a relevant field, such as food science, business, or marketing.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, with several years of product management experience.
  • Strong personal leadership skills and a growth mindset, willing to develop and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong collaboration skills, excellent influencing skills, and the ability to listen to others.
  • Diligent project management skills to effectively deliver in the role.
  • Experience and a natural interest in using systems and processes as part of your daily work.
  • A sense for details, accuracy, and a commitment to on-time delivery of deadlines.
  • Strong English and Swedish skills, as many systems linked to customers require accurately written Swedish.
