About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Leader to join our team at Vattenfall. As a Service Leader, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our wind turbines at the Hollandse Kust Zuid wind farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians and coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of the wind turbines
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize energy production
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or coordination role in the offshore wind industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and improving performance
  • Strong technical knowledge of wind turbines and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
