About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Logistics Project Strategist to join our team at Arla Foods. In this role, you will be part of Logistics Sweden and the leadership team where you will be responsible for analyzing and driving improvement projects.

As a key member of the logistics team, you will project lead bigger projects and act as a counterpart for logistics in other main projects. You will also provide operational support to the Sr Director of Logistics.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Analyzing logistics development and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Facilitating improvements for transport, warehouse, planning, and production.
  • Supporting strategy development and ensuring logistical operational performance.
  • Collaborating within Sweden Logistics.
  • Supporting projects and collaboration within Logistics globally via our Centre of Excellence and cross-market communities.

This role reports directly to the Sr Director of Logistics, Sweden, and includes some travel activity working with stakeholders within Sweden Supply Chain.

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree combined with experience from transportation, distribution, Warehousing, planning, etc.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have strong analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, efficient stakeholder alignment, and the ability to build positive collaboration and relationships.

You are driven and ambitious by nature, bringing energy and initiative to the projects you take part in. Your planning skills are solid, and your analytical skills and ability to conceptualize create tangible results.

Estimated salary range: 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
