As an International Insurance Programs Specialist, you will be responsible for handling international insurance programs within several lines of business. You will work closely with our global network to provide information to issue local policies within stipulated timeframes and quality.
You will support Underwriters in pre- and post-bound activities and step in to support your colleagues when needed. You will demonstrate strategic thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. You will be communicative, multitasking, and comfortable making decisions within your sphere of work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in a service role with market-facing activities
- Previous experience within the international insurance market (preferable)
- Experience from the insurance industry
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
Skills and competencies:
- Ability to work in multiple systems comfortably
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and change
- Proven record of delivering excellent customer service
- High digital maturity with strong Excel skills
