We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Buyer to join our team at Grepit AB. As a Strategic Buyer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic procurement plans and initiatives to drive cost savings and supplier performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
- Identify and resolve supplier performance issues to minimize disruptions to our operations.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive cost savings and improve service levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement and sourcing.
- Proven track record of negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers.
- Experience using ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
