About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Development Specialist to join our Offshore Wind Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing offshore wind energy projects in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop offshore wind energy projects, primarily in Northern Europe
  • Take on responsibility for your own deliverables, applying an analytical approach and structural understanding to create innovative solutions
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary project team, taking on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale
  • Prepare feasibility studies, create spatial analyses, micrositing and technical planning (GIS based), support in carrying out approval procedures, and communicate with service providers and experts in connection with wind farm development
  • Support in the evaluation of wind farm projects as part of technical due diligence

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in project development, consulting, or project management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. You should have a profound industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of planning, project development and implementation, project economics (CAPEX and OPEX), interface management, risks and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm or other renewable energy projects.
