About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the process development team for our hydrogen-based direct reduction demonstration plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the project's objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the process development team in setting priorities and delivery targets to achieve the company's goals for the project.
  • Own and deliver against scope, schedule, and budget within overall project requirements.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Industry experience with hands-on project management experience within the process industry or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of processes, including process knowledge and process safety.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to guide people of different backgrounds towards common goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial and contract skills with experience managing contractors.
  • Engineering degree (B.Sc/M.Sc) or similar.
  • Fluency in English is required, Swedish is preferred.
  • Experience working with direct reduction and hydrogen is a plus.
