Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the process development team for our hydrogen-based direct reduction demonstration plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the project's objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Process Development Team: Manage and motivate a team of process development professionals to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  2. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and other external partners.
  4. Process Development: Lead the development of process designs, simulations, and safety protocols for the demonstration plant.
Requirements
  1. Industry Experience: Proven experience in project management, process development, and leadership roles within the process industry.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of process plants, PFD, P&ID, process simulations, and process safety.
  3. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team towards common goals.
  4. Commercial Skills: Experience in managing contractors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  5. Education: Engineering degree (B.Sc/M.Sc) or similar.
  6. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, Swedish is preferred.
