Customer-Facing Sales Leader

nCino is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive customer acquisition and expansion initiatives across regional territories.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop tailored sales approaches to engage key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at target accounts.
  • Drive sales conversations and negotiations to secure deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Staying current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales approaches.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a talent for analyzing complex sales landscapes and developing targeted plans.
  • Results-driven individual with a focus on exceeding performance metrics and delivering exceptional results.

Desired:

  • Experience working in cloud-based software sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and its applications.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, including banking and lending practices.
  • Certifications in sales leadership or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics).
