Senior Vice President of Sales

nCino is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive customer acquisition and expansion initiatives across regional territories.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop tailored sales approaches to engage key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at target accounts.
- Drive sales conversations and negotiations to secure deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Staying current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales approaches.
- Mentor and coach junior sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a talent for analyzing complex sales landscapes and developing targeted plans.
- Results-driven individual with a focus on exceeding performance metrics and delivering exceptional results.
Desired:
- Experience working in cloud-based software sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and its applications.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, including banking and lending practices.
- Certifications in sales leadership or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics).
