Senior Sales Manager

Fortum is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - Decarbonization Expert to join our team in the Nordics. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our strategy and developing partnerships with industrial clients.
Corporate Customer & Markets (CCM) is a key area within Fortum Group, focusing on creating strong, strategic partnerships with established industrial companies and supporting innovative new industrial startups on their journey to success in decarbonization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new clients and expand our existing client base.
- Demonstrate expertise in our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying areas for partnership growth.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in a complex industry like energy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases.
