About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join our Maintenance and Product Introduction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving engineering changes, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring robust production solutions for our Elekta Neuro business line. You will work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to develop and implement new products, while also resolving product defects and manufacturing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive engineering change initiatives to improve product quality and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and manufacturing processes
* Resolve product defects, manufacturing issues, and component obsolescence concerns
* Develop and implement product updates for production
* Provide technical support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Verify engineering changes to ensure compliance with design control requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with complex hardware production processes, preferably in the Medical Equipment Manufacturing industry. Key qualifications include:

* A completed university degree in Electrical engineering or another relevant field
* Knowledge of Design Change Control procedures
* Experience in manufacturing processes, including creating manufacturing documentation, risk analysis, and defining product requirements
* Hands-on experience with PLM/PDM systems (e.g., Enovia) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3)
* Familiarity with REACH, RoHS, and EMC compliance standards
