About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Coordinator to join our team at Goodbye Kansas in Stockholm. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating our cross-functional teams and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects according to established targets and milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and tracking internal task assignments according to schedules.
  • Organize dailies, rounds, and project meetings.
  • Set up media for client review sessions.
  • Ensure ftrack statuses and task assignments are up to date.
  • Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including submission documentation.
  • Ensure teams are clear on daily targets and delivery objectives.
  • Record notes and feedback from clients, dailies, and rounds, and distribute them to the team accordingly.
  • Ensure effective communication between artists and project leadership.
  • Provide continual updates to the project team.
  • Coordinate and monitor multiple projects effectively.
  • Liaise with clients on monitoring.
  • Mentor Production Assistants on your project team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience from the VFX/Game industry.
  • Highly organized with excellent task management skills.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High understanding of visual effects terminologies and processes.
  • Ability to liaise and collaborate with supervisors, artists, and producers.
  • Established software knowledge.
  • Working experience with ftrack is considered an asset.
  • A proactive and warm team player mentality.
