About the Opportunity

As a Consultant for Innovation Capacity Building, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children around the world. You will be responsible for leading capacity development plans, designing and implementing SPARK Accelerator activities, and cultivating partnerships to strengthen innovation capacity-development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capacity Development: Lead capacity development plans, ensuring clear communication and updates across stakeholders.
  • Spark Accelerator: Design, implement, and monitor SPARK Accelerator activities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage partnerships to strengthen innovation capacity-development efforts.
  • Innovation Coaching & Advisory: Provide technical guidance to country offices, supporting the adoption of innovative methodologies.
  • Event Planning & Delivery: Support the organization and/or delivery of key innovation events hosted by the Office of Innovation or relevant partners.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date programme documentation, reports and strategic plans and ensure accessibility via SharePoint.
