Job Description

The Technical Account Manager II will be responsible for the technical success of our largest and most strategic customers, working closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business and at all levels (C-suite down) to drive business adoption of our capabilities.

This includes coaching our customers' teams on initial deployment, enterprise-wide enablement, and the appropriate methodologies to maximize business outcomes, self-sufficiency, and overall organizational impact.

You will also be responsible for taking ownership of customer issues, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of their automation programs.

To achieve this, you will need to have a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform, as well as experience working with automation tools and technologies.
