Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with local & regional sales and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales & Product teams to sell new products, concepts & campaigns.
  • Manage B2B communication tools, including digital newsletters and banners.
  • Analyze seasonal sell-in data to understand product distribution across the wholesale environment.
  • Communicate PR/media approach to wholesale key account partners, ensuring aligned marketing investments.
  • Build simple, streamlined B2C marketing approaches for bronze & silver level accounts.
  • Report on results, calculating and communicating ROI – working closely with sales.

Requirements

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role, fluency in English and Swedish (or other Nordic languages), social media savvy, IT proficiency, and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
