We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to manage a set of 3DS authorized Value Added Resellers (VARs) based in the Nordics and Baltics. The Marketing Specialist will also define, develop, execute and measure pipeline generating marketing programs, including nurturing campaigns, for the CRE Channel and Value Added Resellers (VARs) in Northern Europe.

Role Description & Responsibilities
  • Manage, support and develop a set of 3DS authorized Value Added Resellers (VARs) based in the Nordics and Baltics region.
  • Define, develop, execute and measure pipeline generating marketing programs, including nurturing campaigns in Northern Europe.
  • Support the Northern Europe Marketing Team with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to maximize Marketing driven pipeline and ensure flawless delivery of campaign materials through all relevant consumer touchpoints.
  • Create programs that integrate offline and online direct marketing strategies, and leverage digital advertising, account based marketing, competitive displacement strategies, tradeshows and events.
  • Manage post-campaign reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage budgets and delivery to targets and deadlines. Demonstrable and measurable results are key, as well as a metrics-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and with VARs teams including marketing, sales, technical and senior management and collaborate with the Channel Marketing divisions across Northern Europe.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication or Business Management.
  • Proven experience in marketing or marketing communications, preferably for tech-related companies managing resellers and/or partners.
  • Experience in program planning, execution and thorough understanding of different campaign components and tactics; using marketing analytics to generate key observations.
  • Must have strong initiative, adaptability, and focused attention to detail with experience in owning and planning TTL marketing activity.
  • Excellent analytical, data analysis capabilities and project management skills with the ability to challenge existing assumptions, experiment and develop innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, an adaptable nature, with the ability to utilize strong initiatives and focused attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish and/or Danish.
