Job Description

Nexthink is the pioneer in digital employee experience management software, providing IT leaders with unparalleled insight into employee experiences.

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through account planning, territory planning, and working with partners to deliver Nexthink solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Achieving sales targets through consultative selling, business development techniques, and field-based sales activities.
  2. Developing and executing regional sales strategies to leverage Nexthink partners and drive deal closures.
  3. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop marketing plans that drive revenue growth and pipeline development.

Key qualifications include:

  • New business sales focus
  • Previous sales experience within software or solution sales organizations
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English & Swedish
  • Willingness to Travel
