We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Cloud Advisor to join our team in the Nordics. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across the region and driving digital transformation for mid-market corporations.
About the Role
- Hunting for New Business: Identify and acquire new customers with a focus on medium-sized businesses, generating leads and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Driving Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets, exceeding customer expectations and contributing to Devoteam's continued success with hyperscalers and ISVs.
- Mastering the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Building Long-Term Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and ensure their ongoing success in all areas of their technology procurement.
Maintaining a Deep Understanding
You will maintain a deep understanding of the evolving Cloud ecosystem, including new products, services, and market trends. This requires continuous learning and professional development, as well as the ability to articulate the value proposition of Cloud to C-level executives.
Requirements
- Proven Hunter: Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT project business, with a focus on hyperscaler technologies.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective Cloud solutions.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Cloud to C-level executives.
- Relationship Builder: A natural networker who can build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
