Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Sales Manager to join our team at Intuitive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing the clinical utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System, including installations, training, and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive clinical sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage training and education programs for clinicians and sales teams, ensuring seamless product adoption and optimal performance.
  • Lead new system installations and prospect for upgrades, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging expertise to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Strong clinical expertise in targeted da Vinci procedures, with a deep understanding of the latest medical advancements.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
