At QBtech AB, we're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping and implementing our HR strategy. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert HR support to both local and international offices, ensuring employees and managers receive the guidance they need.

This dynamic role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of operational HR tasks, strategic projects, and fostering a strong company culture. You'll have the opportunity to drive impactful HR projects, shape the employee experience, and contribute to a growing international company that values its people.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation & Benefits: Act as payroll coordinator, lead annual salary review, benchmark processes, and ensure compliance with EU regulations.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, serve as super-user for the HR system.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, at least 5 years of experience in a broad HR Business Partner role.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills, trustworthiness, proactive mindset, high-quality awareness, and commitment to delivering thorough results.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
