HR Business Partner & Swedish Operational HR Country Lead

We are organized in a matrix structure, and in this role, you will collaborate with leaders across several countries with a focus on Sweden being our Operational HR Country Lead, ensuring compliance and driving processes across business units.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managers on employee matters related to Sweden and Swedish labor law.
  • Advise and support managers on organizational changes, including handling legal aspects and facilitating union negotiations when required.
  • Lead workplace environment initiatives in line with SAM to ensure a safe and effective working environment for all employees in Sweden.
  • Conduct annual salary mapping in compliance with SAM.
  • Drive key HR activities such as employee engagement follow-ups and facilitating people reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with managers, providing guidance on organizational changes, business development, absenteeism, talent development, and onboarding.
  • Participate in and oversee HR processes related to mergers & acquisitions.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and implementation of HR processes and tools globally.

We operate across countries, meaning your project involvement will extend beyond Swedish leaders. You will report to one of our HR Business Partner Directors based in Denmark and be part of a divisional HR team of four, with one colleague located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Additionally, you will be connected to a global HR team of more than 30 skilled professionals.

What do we expect from you?

To be a success in this role you have experience from a similar position. You have a relevant higher education qualification such as a bachelor's or master's degree in human resource and a solid understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements, having experience with driving change processes in Sweden.

You are passionate about working with HR projects and processes and have broad experience across various HR tasks. Experience with legal processes, union negotiations and organizational changes, is essential. If you also have experience with mergers & acquisitions, that's a plus - but a strong interest and willingness to learn in these areas will also be highly valued.

You are ambitious and committed to your work, and it's important that you are proactive, work independently and have an easy time building relationships and trust.

You have excellent communication skills, and fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.

You will be assigned to our Gothenburg or Stockholm office, depending on your location. Occasional travel may be required.
