The role of Sales Leadership Manager involves heading up the sales team responsible for selling and promoting the entire service portfolio for large motors and generators. This includes growing top-line sales through proactive and strategic sales efforts, setting and achieving annual sales budgets, and developing systematic sales activities and forecasting with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least 5 years' experience in sales, with sales management being a plus. A service-minded personality and strong customer focus are essential, as well as structured and communicative skills with full commitment to integrity. Good product knowledge of ABB synchronous motors & generators and their applications is a strong advantage.
