About Our Team

You'll be working closely with our dynamic F&B management team, led by our Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager. This talented group of individuals is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create a Seamless Experience: Lead the breakfast and conference lunch service, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and guests leave with a smile.
  • Maintain High Standards: Meet, greet, and treat every guest like royalty. Solve any issues promptly and ensure that no guest leaves unhappy.
  • Inspire Your Team: Train, motivate, and empower your colleagues to bring our fun, community-style vibe to every shift.
  • Perfect Every Detail: Oversee the meticulous arrangement of the buffet, ensure a warm and inviting setup, and maintain impeccable standards in food safety and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate Effortlessly: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with all departments, and maintain organizational standards that meet our high expectations for quality and care.

What We Offer

We're proud to offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. As our ideal candidate, you'll possess:

  • 2-3 years of food and beverage supervisory experience, preferably in breakfast service.
  • Solid leadership skills, with the ability to rally a team and create a positive atmosphere.
  • Excellent customer focus, with people skills and communication as your strengths.
  • Organizational efficiency, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, from food presentation to hygiene.
  • Bilingualism in English and Swedish, allowing you to make every guest feel at home.
