Responsibilities:- Develop and implement market strategy and GTM plans in the Nordics for existing and prospective new partners.
- Manage sales pipeline, order intake, and revenue to drive growth and success.
- Collaborate with sales partners to grow joint business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential partners and establish lasting business relationships.
- Track and measure key metrics to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Evaluate partnership results and adjust strategies to achieve objectives.
- Lead proposal writing, sales pitches, and negotiations to secure deals.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development roles.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on complex technical products.
- Technical expertise in residential energy storage and home decarbonization.
- Proven track record in sales development and account management.
- Leadership experience and ability to analyze and qualify new sales opportunities.
