Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market strategy and GTM plans in the Nordics for existing and prospective new partners.
  • Manage sales pipeline, order intake, and revenue to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to grow joint business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential partners and establish lasting business relationships.
  • Track and measure key metrics to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Evaluate partnership results and adjust strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Lead proposal writing, sales pitches, and negotiations to secure deals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development roles.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on complex technical products.
  • Technical expertise in residential energy storage and home decarbonization.
  • Proven track record in sales development and account management.
  • Leadership experience and ability to analyze and qualify new sales opportunities.
