Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Contract and Invoice Management: Manage contracts, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish.
- Education: Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, switchboard systems, and office software is an advantage.
