The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Technical Product Specialist to join our dynamic team at Toyota Material Handling Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to build a strong, specialized team and shape the future of our parts assortment from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong technical mindset. Whether you come from an engineering background, technical purchasing, or as a Service Technician looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply. Prior experience is valuable, but more importantly, we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the role.

As a Parts Technical Product Specialist, you will have the chance to take ownership, drive improvements, and proactively shape our Central Parts Business. The office location is flexible within Europe, depending on your current location, and remote work options are available up to two days a week.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a European Central Parts catalogue, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.
  • Verify technical data, drawings, and product specifications with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Define technical requirements to support Corporate Purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Parts Technical Support to provide accurate and reliable information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
