The Position

We are looking for a Parts Technical Product Specialist to strengthen our Parts Market Support function and contribute to the success of our Central Parts Business. This role is the first step in building a strong, specialised team - an opportunity to shape the future of our parts assortment from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong technical mindset - whether you come from an engineering background, technical purchasing or as a Service Technician looking to take the next step in your career. Prior experience is valuable, but more importantly, we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the role.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Parts Market Support, you'll have the chance to take ownership, drive improvements and proactively shape our Central Parts Business. The office location is flexible within Europe, depending on your current location and with remote work options available up to two days a week.

Your Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a European Central Parts catalogue, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.
  • Verify technical data, drawings and product specifications with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Define technical requirements to support Corporate Purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Parts Technical Support to provide accurate and reliable information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical role, ideally in manufacturing, engineering or technical purchasing.
  • Technical expertise in product specifications and engineering requirements.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with catalogue management systems.
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills - you'll be working with various internal stakeholders.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • University degree in technical area or equal education / experience that we find relevant.

Our Offer

We're committed to supporting you with an attractive benefits package, including a yearly bonus and flexible work arrangements that allow you to balance your personal and professional life. With clear goals and direction from senior leadership, you'll also find plenty of opportunities for career growth and development within the company.

We believe learning never stops. Whether you're developing new skills or leading ground-breaking projects, this is a place where continuous growth is celebrated. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do and we take pride in fostering a supportive, open environment where every voice is heard.
