About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs across all areas of the wholesale business, including sales, costs, customers, products, sell-in and sell-out, inventory, profitability, payments, etc.
  • Budgeting and forecasting responsibility to ensure predictability in the business and recommend actions to maintain pace when needed.
  • Ensure data quality and availability across key tools and systems used, enabling the team to trust and access data readily.
  • Continuously evaluate and develop KPIs and follow-up tracking in relevant tools.
  • Segment and analyze customer data and behavior to identify full potential.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to set and evaluate optimal product offerings and strategies based on performance.
  • Act as a liaison for Department Heads in achieving department-specific OKRs, setting up environments to track progress versus goals with clear calls to action.
  • Be the go-to person for data and analytical needs of the team, automating recurring tasks and coaching others to become more data-driven.
  • Perform ad-hoc business cases related to customers, markets, projects, campaigns, etc., and recommend actions accordingly.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration/Finance, Data Science, or similar.
  • 3+ years of work experience within a similar role.
  • Strong understanding and ability to draw relevant conclusions from data and translate it to clear actions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong social skills, and a passion for driving change.
  • Preferred previous knowledge of BI-related reports and tools such as Power BI, Dynamics 365, Centra, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • High level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
