About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Executive to join our team in Stockholm, where you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most valuable merchants within e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations exceeded.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet clients' changing needs.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable to both parties.
  5. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience from logistics and/or e-commerce is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in key account management or sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and growing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
