Global Financial Business Development Manager

Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Controller to join our team at Hitachi Energy Finland Oy. As a key partner to the local operations manager, you will optimize financial performance within assigned reporting units and drive business decisions through data analysis.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the execution model in alignment with operation unit strategy.
- Translate financial position into realistic forecasts and establish actions and measurable targets to enhance financial return.
- Support tender risk management process related to scope assigned to local units, focusing on tender calculations, project cash flow, and exposure analysis.
- Drive project cash flow and oversee currency risk and tax issues for projects supplied by local units.
- Ensure transparency and high-quality financial reporting, adhering to internal controls and official reporting standards (IFRS).
- Foster best practice sharing in consistency with controlling practices within Operation Unit, Hub, and Country.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Operation Unit leadership team to develop, staff, and direct the Local Controlling Organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or other Finance-related field.
- Several years of business controlling experience in project/financial controlling in a leadership position.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Structured thinking, flair for numbers, customer orientation, teamwork, commercial, and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
