Role Overview
The Roadmap Leader will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of IKEA's strategic roadmap for end-to-end Common Content and Customer Experience. This includes leading high-level movements and strategic initiatives, facilitating sequencing, planning, and prioritization, and enabling IKEA organizations to successfully execute the IKEA strategy.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of the IKEA strategic roadmap for end-to-end Common Content and Customer Experience
Facilitate sequencing, planning, and prioritization based on business needs, financial frames, and strategic objectives
Enable and support IKEA organizations to successfully execute the IKEA strategy
Orchestrate interaction with decentralized capabilities of Portfolio Management and Performance Management
Resolve overarching impediments that cannot be solved within executing organizations

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position or background, such as Enterprise Planning, Business Architecture, or Lean Portfolio Management
Strong organizational and planning skills
Good knowledge of general business capability models and different performance frameworks like OKR
Ability to work with business stakeholders across IKEA and possess excellent communication skills
