Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
  • Expertise in customer engagement platforms (e.g., SFMC, Braze, Adobe, Bloomreach, Voyado).
  • Strong data segmentation and multi-channel campaign knowledge.
  • Proven ability to design and implement cross-channel customer journeys.
  • Experience in analyzing campaign performance and deriving insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies.
  • Experience in retail media and Google Analytics is a plus.
