About the role
We are seeking a talented and visionary leader to join our team as a Customer Experience Innovator. As a key member of our Physical CMPs function, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities will include collaborating with experts in Retail and Digital areas, as well as external partners, to create seamless end-to-end solutions that meet diverse customer journeys. Your focus will be on optimizing the omnichannel experience, making it easier and more inspiring for customers to engage with IKEA, whether online or in-store.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop efficient processes, tools, and standards that are scalable across different markets. Additionally, you will share insights, align with stakeholders, and help integrate digital developments that improve the customer experience and drive profitable growth.
