Job Summary:

EET Retail is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Electronics Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing new Consumer Electronics brands to Swedish and Nordic retailers, developing retail concepts, and selling Consumer Electronics and accessories from leading vendors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with major Swedish retail chains in the Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies, reseller plans, and conduct annual negotiations with key clients.
  • Drive campaign planning and follow-up on execution, results, frequency, and product mix to optimize initiatives in the category.
  • Maintain daily contact with resellers to monitor sales, assortment, success, and adaptation.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of sales experience from similar positions in Consumer Electronics or related industries.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Swedish and/or Danish/Norwegian.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Excel, with ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
