Key Account Manager – EET Retail - Sweden
We are looking for a new team member stepping in to the role as Key Account Manager, driving Consumer Electronics partnerships with passion and pride for EET Retail. Our HQ is located in Birkerød north of Copenhagen but the role will be based in Sweden, in either Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, where EET has local sales offices.
Who are you?
You have a hunter profile with an energetic personality with experience from CE sales within retail in Sweden and preferably also in the Nordics. You can build new, relevant contacts and turn them into long-lasting strategic partnerships.
Your most important qualifications is your drive to succeed with your partners and tireless desire to sell concepts instead of products. You need to be self-motivated and work in a structured manner and be a true team player.

Our expectations:
- You have solid experience from a manufacturer or distribution within Consumer Electronics and have a strong product knowledge, but with a commercial drive to generate sales.
- You have an exceptional understanding of the entire value chain, including business processes, and you think opportunistic in your constructive approach to all opportunities.
- You have insight into concept- and assortment development and have worked with the development of product categories.
- You are solution- and result-oriented, and you emphasize creating results together with the resellers - independently and in partnerships. At the same time, you possess a high level of integrity, and you are perceived as a trustworthy business partner.
- You are used to negotiations at a strategic and tactical level, including management of annual negotiations. You are also used to focusing on both the long-term strategy and short-term sales-out.
- Driver's license is mandatory.
- You preferably have a background as Business Manager, Key Account Manager, Category Manager or similar and can vouch for the below professional qualifications.
Professional qualifications:
You have a minimum of 6-8 years of sales experience from similar positions with an in-depth knowledge of the structure of Swedish and Nordic retail market.
- Experience from market leading Retail or Distribution company, or have experience working for a consumer electronic brand.
- You are familiar with the use of the MS Office and possess strong Excel skills, as well as Word and Power Point at a high level.
- Fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing, and communicates verbally in Danish and Norwegian would be an advantage.
The job?
You will introduce Consumer Electronics brands, develop retail concepts, sell Consumer Electronics and accessories from leading vendors to Swedish / Nordic retailers. You must have an in-depth understanding of assortment composition and be able to understand the resellers needs, and identify opportunities accordingly.
Your primary tasks:
You will be responsible for managing and developing the relationships with Retail customers, including major Swedish retail chains.
As Key Account Manager, your task will be to identify, develop and drive sales of our product portfolio within Consumer Electronics, Smart Home and accessories. The role is broad and includes:
- Develop and implement channel strategies, reseller plans and conduct the annual negotiations.
- Drive campaign planning and follow-up in relation to execution and result, frequency and product mix.
- Analyze and process sales figures and other relevant data in order to be able to constantly optimize initiatives in the category that secure a leading position on the market.
- Daily contact with resellers to follow-up on sales, assortment, success and adaptation.
- You know how to work proactively with market data, including analysis of the reseller sales data, to take commercial actions with our partners.
- Develop campaign plans in dialogue with resellers and make sure all stakeholders are aligned e.g. colleagues in Product Management and Trade Marketing.
- Ensure timely deliveries via forecast in close dialogue with Buyer.
- Sharing and sparring with your Team.
- Management reporting at customer level.
