About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our construction and infrastructure team in the development of a large-scale production plant for battery cells in Sweden. As Head of Construction and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the construction contracts, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the construction and infrastructure team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction plans and strategies to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Manage and coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality metrics.
Requirements
  • Relevant BSc or MSc degree in a field such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale industrial construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work with other stakeholders within and outside the project.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in both written and oral English, with Swedish language skills an asset.
