Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team at Kintec Global Recruitment. As a Recruitment Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating and administering the recruitment process for various job openings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer the recruitment process for job openings, including collecting business needs, publishing job advertisements, making selections, and initiating security clearance processes.
  • Act as a super user for the recruitment system, ensuring accurate data entry and generating reports to provide insights into recruitment status, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and support in resolving system issues and administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure high-quality job advertisements and integration.
  • Compile statistics for external stakeholders, such as the Association of Management Service Providers (AMS) and Statistics Sweden.
  • Monitor and manage the recruitment support email inbox.
  • Provide support in ongoing recruitment processes as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR or administration, as well as experience working with recruitment processes and recruitment systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
