
Demand Generation Lead

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to boost brand awareness, attract high-quality leads, and drive revenue growth. Collaborating closely with our Head of Marketing and other senior professionals, you'll partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop impactful campaigns.
The Role:
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and refine marketing and ABM campaigns, creating lead nurturing programs to enhance conversions through testing and optimization.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports on funnel effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaboration: Align with sales on lead quality and processes, partnering with marketing to create impactful assets.
- Marketing Tools & Budget: Optimize marketing automation tools and manage the budget to maximize efficiency and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth.
- Design and manage marketing and ABM campaigns, creating lead nurturing programs to enhance conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports on funnel effectiveness and ROI.

- Optimize marketing automation tools and manage the budget to maximize efficiency and returns.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth-focused marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in LinkedIn and Google paid campaigns.
- Track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through campaign design and execution.
- Lead generation tactics expertise (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media).
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation expertise.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, data analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with English fluency.
