The Role

You will be the customer's technical main contact, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their technical needs are met. Your role will include:

  1. Participation in operational and strategic meetings as part of the customer team
  2. Development and presentation of operational reports to our customers
  3. Responsibility for a group of clients being their primary point of contact for any technical issues regarding the service
  4. General advice and interpretation of customer needs and Truesec's services
  5. Helping the customer on their cybersecurity journey utilizing the full range of services Truesec can offer

Your Potential Background

We think that you have an excellent technical understanding combined with strong communication skills in order to present and understand both customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Operational experience in cyber security monitoring, or similar experience working with technical MSSP services
  • Minimum 2 years working in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, team members, and engagement managers
  • Hands-on experience in EDR, NDR and/or SIEM
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Understanding of common threat actor techniques, malware behavior, and persistence mechanisms
  • Understanding of Active Directory services
  • Understanding of general network structure and network components
  • General server and client platform understanding
  • Knowledge about cloud security controls and administration, geared specifically towards Azure.
