About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to join our client's team in Västerås, Sweden.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality and functionality by working closely with production, R&D, and product management teams.

This is a challenging role where you will work with prototypes, implement design changes, and release updates to production. Your work will cover both new and existing products, with a focus on small adjustments, quality improvements, and brand labeling.

  1. Maintain and improve existing products by managing design changes and updates.
  2. Handle releases to production, including testing, hardware updates, and design adjustments.
  3. Collaborate closely with the factory to ensure smooth transitions for product releases.
  4. Work with prototypes and manage change orders for incremental improvements.
  5. Act as a technical project lead, coordinating with product managers and R&D during weekly meetings.
  6. Utilize PLM systems for design and product management.
  7. Contribute to quality improvement efforts and manage brand labeling updates.
