We are seeking a seasoned R&D project manager to lead the feasibility study and development of an inspection solution for HVDC valve halls.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and technical experts to clarify requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive project execution with transparency, efficiency, and a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
  • Lead risk management efforts to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new solution implementation, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Foster collaboration with development teams, manufacturers, testing facilities, stakeholders, product owners, and line management throughout project execution.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading R&D projects, with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, are essential for this role.
  • Ability to lead remote teams across multiple sites in a global environment is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Swedish is a plus for this position.

This role may involve occasional remote work, subject to discussion with the manager.
